Decision on the proposals of the company NIK. I. THEOCHARAKIS S.A. for commitments, pursuant to Article 25 par. 6 of the Greek Competition Act 3959/2011, concerning the following alleged infringements: a) the determination of resale prices of spare parts and repair works in the context of programs related to the provision of technical service to customers of insurance companies and b) the provision of direct full and equal access to the independent repairers regarding the technical information.

Decision 640/2017

Decision on the review of complaint no. 6756 / 26.10.2005 of the Primary Professional Organization under the name "ASSOCIATION OF CAR PAINTERS AND VEHICLE REFINISHING TECHNICIANS OF THE PREFECTURE OF CHANIA" against the companies a) "AUDATEX HELLAS SA", b) "NATIONAL INSURANCE SA", c) "AGRICULTURAL INSURANCE SA", d) "INTERAMERIC SA", e) "GROUPAMA PHOENIX HELLENIC INSURANCE S.A." and f) "ASSOCIATION OF INSURANCE COMPANIES OF GREECE", concerning the alleged infringement of Article 1 of the Greek Law 703/77, as in force, as well as of Regulation 1400/2002 of the European Commission, following a referral of Decision no. 460 / V / 2009 by the Administrative Court of Appeal of Athens.
