Decision on the proposed acquisitions which concern: a) the acquisition of sole control over the company HELLENIC SEAWAYS S.A. by ATTICA GROUP and b) the acquisition of sole control over the company HELLENIC SEAWAYS S.A. by ATTICA GROUP, through an agreement with MINOAN LINES S.A.
