Decision on the complaint under ref. no. 8266/23.10.2013 by the company "V. ZISIMATOU - TH. MARINIS GP" against 13 companies, namely: 1) CRISTOS P. KARIDIS, 2) SIAFAKAS SA, 3) S. LEVENTOPOULOS, 4) S.D. STAVROPOULOS, 5) CHATZIVASILOGLOU, 6) KAPNOPOLIS, 7) KAPNOS, 8) DIMITRIOS ALEXIOU SA, 9) M. LEFKADITIS, 10) PAPADIMITRIOU RIGA GEORG. & CO GP, 11) PAPOULI SISTERS & CO GP, 12) ELIAS AND ATH. THEOF. SAMARIS & CO GP and 13) PAPACHRISTOU CONSTANTINOS & CO GP, with a request for interim measures, alleging violation of Articles 1 of Law 3959/2011 (“Protection of Free Competition”) and 101 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union.
