On 18.09.2019, a complaint was submitted by a natural person before the Hellenic Competition Commission (HCC), alleging a violation of Article 2 of Law 3959/2011 and Article 102 TFEU. The case is closed without any further action

(a) as obviously unfounded on the grounds detailed in the Act, pursuant to Article 37 (2), in conjunction with Article 36 (4) of Law 3959/2011, regarding the part of the allegations that fall under the competence of the HCC, namely the alleged excessive pricing in breach of Article 2 of Law 3959/2011, and

(b) for lack of competence on the part of the Hellenic Competition Commission, pursuant to Article 37 (1) of Law 3959/2011, regarding the alleged breach of the regulatory framework, namely Presidential Decree no. 285/1998.
