On 08/04/2020, a complaint was lodged by an ECDW operator before the Hellenic Competition Commission (HCC), concerning an alleged infringement of Articles 1 and 2 of Law 703/1977 (now Articles 1 and 2 of Law 3959/2011, as in force). The above complaint is closed without any further action as obviously unfounded on the grounds detailed in the Decision, according to Article 37 (2), in conjunction with Article 36 (4) of Law 3959/2011. |
