The Hellenic Competition Commission, taking into account the provisions of paragraphs 4 and 5 of article 15 of L. 3959/2011 (GG 93/Α΄/20.11.2011), as in force following its amendment by L. 4886/2022 (GG Α΄ 2/24.01.2022), the fact that the provisions of this decision entail no expenditure under the national budget and following discussion between its members, unanimously determined the terms, conditions and the procedure for accepting commitments offered by the interested undertakings and other issues related to the suspension of deadlines provided for in paragraphs 4 and 5 of article 15 of Law 3959/2011. |
