The Hellenic Competition Commission, following discussion between its members and taking into account the relevant provisions of L. 3959/2011, as amended and in force, the remarks made during the discussion and the fact that the provisions of this decision entail no expenditure under the national budget, unanimously decides and defines the form and mode of submission and filing of complaints with the Hellenic Competition Commission, pursuant to art. 36(1-2) of L. 3959/2011, as amended from time to time and as currently in force, as indicated in the model form attached to this Decision.. |
