Article 36 par. 1 & 2 of  L. 3959/2011

Notice on the handling of complaints submitted to the Hellenic Competition Commission.

Update of the form and mode of submission and filing of complaints to the Hellenic Competition Commission, following the entry into force of Law 3959/2011.

Following the entry into force of Law 3959/2011, the Hellenic Competition Commission revised the Notice on the type and mode of lodging complaints, taking into account the provisions of the above law regarding the priority of complaints and their classification in order of priority for the initiation of investigative proceedings, as well as the Notice regarding the quantification of the criteria for the setting of priority to the examination of cases and the strategic objectives under a scoring system. By the above Decision, the HCC revised the form for submitting complaints according to the provisions of article 36, paragraphs 1 and 2 of law 3959/2011.
