The Hellenic Competition Commission approved, pursuant to Art. 8(3) of Greek Law 3959/2011, the proposed transaction, which concerns of sole control by ‘‘UNIPAK HELLAS S.A.’’ over the company ‘‘PAKO S.A.’’. The Commission considered that the above concentration, which concerns the relevant paper markets for cartons and corrugated cartons, does not raise serious doubts as to its compatibility with the requirements of the competition in the sub-market in which it relates. |
