| Summary of Decision |
The Chamber of the Hellenic Competition Commission unanimously cleared, pursuant to Article 8(3) of the Greek Competition Act 3959/2011, the concentration concerning the acquisition of 70% of the shares in each of the following companies: AUTODEAL S.A. and HYUNDAI HELLAS S.A. by DERASCO TRADING LIMITED, a company of the VASILAKI Group. The Commission decided that the concentration, which concerns, primarily, the market for the distribution of new passenger vehicles, the provision of repair services and the sale of spare parts for vehicles, does not raise any serious doubts as to its compatibility with merger control rules in the relevant markets. |
