The Hellenic Competition Commission found that the proposed acquisition, which concerns the markets for the production and supply of Mediterranean farmed fish and fish feed, while falling within the scope of Article 6(1) of the Greek Competition Act 3959/2011, does not raise any serious doubts as to its compatibility with merger control rules in the relevant markets. |
