For the formalization of their cooperation so far on various anti-competitive cases, the Single Independent Public Procurement Authority (HSPPA) and the Hellenic Competition Commission (HCC) signed on October 9, 2019, a memorandum of cooperation, having already identified various fields for joint action and synergies, for the benefit of society and economy as a whole.
