On 30 June 2021, by its unanimous Decision No. 738/2021, the Chamber of the HCC  approved, pursuant to Art. 8(3) of Greek Law 3959/2011, the proposed transaction notified on 12/3/2021, concerning the acquisition by TROPHY of the share capital (100%) of OPEL.

Pursuant to the above decision, the HCC found that the proposed concentration, which concerns the markets for the importation/distribution of new vehicles and the importation/distribution of spare parts and components, does not raise any serious doubts as to its compatibility with the competition rules in the relevant markets involved.
