The Hellenic Competition Commission, in plenary sitting, decided not to extend the commitments laid down in its Decision No. 775/2022 by one (1) year after the expiry of the initial two-year commitment period, which ended on 30.06.2024. |

| Summary of Decision | According to the Decision, business users of the e-food platform who also purchase services from the e-table platform do not exceed the 20% quantitative threshold and, therefore, the condition set out in HCC Decision no. 775/2022 for extending the duration of the commitments by one (1) more year is not met. In addition, it is noted that following the adoption of the business decision to discontinue the operation of the e-table platform and the dissolution of its operating company as of 31 July 2024 and its subsequent placement into liquidation, any prior competition concerns in the market to which the commitment applied have ceased to exist. | |
