The Hellenic Competition, unanimously cleared in an open vote, pursuant to Article 8(3) of the Greek Competition Act 3959/2011, the concentration, notified to it on 24/07/2019, which concerns the acquisition from the Public Power Corporation Renewables SA, subsidiary company of the Greek Public Power Corporation SA and from the VOLTERRA S.A, subsidiary company of the Group J&P AVAX S.A. over companies, VOLTERRA Likovouni Sole SA(SPV) and VOLTERRA K-R Sole SA (SPV), through change in the quality of control, from sole to joint, since it does not raise any doubts as to its compatibility with merger control rules in the relevant markets, even though it falls within the scope of Article 6(1) of the Greek Competition Act 3959/2011. |
