Decision on the proposed concentration which was notified to the Commission on 25.02.2020 (ref. number 1618), pursuant to Article 6 par. 1-3 of the Greek Competition Act 3959/2011, which concerns the acquisition of sole control by the company BELLA BULGARIA A.D., which is established and operates in accordance with the laws of the Bulgarian Republic, through its subsidiary IMPALA HELLAS S.A., over parts of the assets and liabilities of the company CRETA FARMS S.A. and its subsidiary ΤΕΤΟ-FARM S.A.in Greece.

Taking into account the results of the investigation in relation to the structure of the markets concerned by the concentration, and the views of the parties’ competitors on these markets, the Competition Commission pursuant to article 8 par. 3 of N 3959/2011, considers that this concentration, although it falls within the scope of par. 1 of article 6 of Law 3959/2011, does not cause serious doubts as to its compatibility with the competition rules in the relevant markets involved.
